Technical Online Support Subscription
The tecnical support subscription is a recurring fee, payable of yearly. It entitles all users in your company to establish an account for our online support service.
Technical support covers the functioning of CAM Software, provide the consultation on the technical issues of the Software. Troubleshoot & diagnose the problems encountered. Recovering of the damaged files / deleted files / tampered files. Modification of post processor & reconfiguration of the condition parameters for special requirement. Re-installation and re-activation if PC crash or harddisk replaced or change of a new PC.
From time to time we may issue minor software updates, including various fixes and minor enhancements, and these are available at NO cost to users under a support subscription.
